For the last 8 years my husband and I have frequented the Brandon Zales and they are great.. However, Lakeland will be our new go to location! I came in for a clean and my husband and I decided to upgrade my wedding set! Rebel and Chris were absolutely ANGELS! I was so stressed out because I couldn’t decide and they were so insanely patient and helpful! I left with my dream ring and the greatest experience! Thank you all again so very much for all of your help! You both made my day!

20-year anniversary and I promised my love an upgraded wedding set. My wife has been researching for months, online, for the perfect ring. After finding the one, we went to Zales in Lakeland, FL. Pearla was such an amazing sales associate. My wife is over the top on knowing all things for the perfect ring. Pearla was so patient, professional and pleasant. Must have spent over an hour going through different rings, bands and stones. The whole team was so friendly and made the experience a confirmation as to why Zales has been my go to stores for 30 years. Thank you so much Pearla and a special thank you to Emily who was also an extra voice to keep my wife’s selection at ease. Don’t change Zales. You are the people’s jeweler.

Ms. Perla was so amazing, she helped me in every way I needed, she was patient with my decision making and was beyond happy to help me. She made this visit to zales so much more exciting than I expected, I am a happy valued customer, and she is now my favorite sales woman! Second post**** Ms. Emily and Ms. Lana was beyond great as expected,... I came in once a and I got several items on my wife's "wish list" I shared the story with the ladies how I decided to choose zales, my growing up I've always noticed my mom wearing beautiful jewelry and never knew where she got them from recently she passed away and I discovered a box full of old sales receipts and that's when it was brought to my attention that she only shop that sells all of her jewelry was super gorgeous and I wanted to get my wife beautiful jewelry just like my mom so now because of that I am a new Happy loyal customer of Zales for a lifetime their service is always great they're very helpful they are very patient with me because I can never make my mind up LOL and they take the time to make things very personal. I highly recommend shopping not only at Zales but at this particular location in the mall you will be pleased and walk out with a smile even if the gift is not for you personally you will walk out very excited just like me.

We stopped in to get a quick sizing suggestion. We had such a great experience! Rebel was absolutely the best—quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire process. While I was sent out by my fiancé to grab shoes for our daughter, unbeknownst to me, my fiancé purchased our wedding set with Rebel’s help. We never once felt rushed; she took her time, explained everything, and made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. Rebel was not only interactive with us but also so sweet and engaging with our daughter. Truly a wonderful experience—we couldn’t have asked for better service!

Absolutely the best customer service anyone could ask for. Store Manger Emily went above and beyond to get my original purchase from 2009 diamond bond for my wife’s wedding ring that we had to send off for repair. This type of service is what keeps me coming back for all my jewelry needs Thank you again Emily for taking the extra time to get that information for us.

Emily has been there through all of our purchases. If it’s a simple ring cleaning, re-rhodium or an upgrade, she’s been awesome. She facilitated my wife’s upgrade and help keep it a secret until our anniversary. We had to show her our hand/ring sculpture that we recently did.
